Mark Reynolds, Music Coordinator/Arranger/Pit Caption Head
Mark has achieved national success as an instructor and arranger for WGI World Championship finalists Rhythm X, Westerville North, Thomas Worthington, and Capital Regiment. Mark recently wrote the music and taught for PIW group Redline Percussion in 2009 and also wrote the music and taught the 2008 World Champions Tyler Jr. College in PIO. He has served as the percussion representative for the Mid East Performance Association and WGI, and is a clinician and adjudicator for marching band and indoor drumline competitions across the country. Mark worked as an educational sales representative for Columbus Pro Percussion and a product manager for Pro-Mark Drumsticks before moving to Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Mark is currently the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Dynasty USA.

Dave Clark, Battery Caption Head
Dave will be joining the Evolution staff after successful seasons with the Glassmen Drum and Bugle Corps, where he most recently served as the battery caption head, and Matrix, where he served as the battery coordinator for the 2008-2009 season. Dave has also had success as the percussion specialist for WGI finalists Hilliard Darby and Central Crossing. He is a former marching member of both Rhythm X and the Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps. Congratulations to Dave for his new position as the Director of Marketing at Dynasty Percussion!

Jason Palmer, Visual Designer
Jason has performed with WGI World Championship finalist Music City Mystique as well as DCI World Class corps Santa Clara Vanguard and Phantom Regiment. He was a member of the visual staff for the Madison Scouts and served as the visual caption head for the Colts Drum and Bugle Corps and c0-caption head for the Glassmen Drum and Bugle Corps. His visual designs have been used by WGI World Class finalists Gateway Percussion  and Fred J. Page High School, where he currently serves as the director of percussion. Jason has also been on the instructional staff with Music City Mystique, Gateway, and Father Ryan.

Matt Camp, Visual Technician
A former marching member of L.e.a.P., Matt has a background in both WGI and Drum Corps International and is a Marching Percussion Specialist on the Vic Firth Education Team. He works with marching band programs throughout northern Illinois and teaches private students in the northern and western suburbs.
