Founded in September of 2001, L.e.a.P. (Learning Everything About Percussion) is a not-for-profit organization based in Lindenhurst, Illinois which provides young performing artists with an opportunity to showcase their talents in a performing arena. Members of the organization develop the skills necessary to become confident performers, disciplined students of their craft, and leaders in their schools' music programs.

Introducing Evolution!
Illinois now has a world class indoor drumline! Previously known as L.e.a.P., the new Evolution line will compete in WGI as a Percussion Independent World Class unit and will offer a weekend-only rehearsal schedule designed to accommodate both high school and college students.  Audition material will be available on this site in mid-September. For more information, please contact Jeff Hoke at leapdirector@yahoo.com.

Evolution's 2008-2009 Design Team
L.e.a.P.'s Executive Director, Jeff Hoke, long-time batterie instructor Nick Kettman, and world-class visual designer, Jeff Gentry, will be teaming up to write this year's music and drill.

Camp Drum Registration is Open
There is still time to register for Camp Drum, an innovative summer camp combining group percussion education with summer camp activities for the 5th-8th grade percussionist. Click the "Camp Drum" link above for more information.
